I emailed back and forth with Brian about my trade in and a new vehicle. He was very friendly and helpful. When I showed up to the dealership Brian was busy, but I was quickly welcomed by Jeff. I had no intentions of leasing a vehicle, but Jeff worked so well with getting me the vehicle I wanted in the price range I could afford, so I went for it! I ended up with the 2017 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. I would say I got a reasonable offer for my trade in as well. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and he had a realistic approach when discussing options to me. He wasn't pushy at all, which is really important to me. I recommend working with him if you decide to shop here for a vehicle! I will say that every person I communicated with during my time at Kenny Ross was very friendly! Will definitely be coming back here for my next vehicle if I still live in the area. :) More
