My husband and I visited a few dealerships before but were not impressed with the offers or the approach of the sales people. We came to Kenny Ross from the other side of the city with a certain car in mind and some hopes. Ihor made sure we left the place driving the car we wanted. The drive test was great, filled with all the information needed about the new vehicle, the negotiation part went very smoothly and fair, the paperwork was done in no time. Minutes later, when we went to pick up the freshly washed and cleaned car, we found a big red bow on the hood int a perfect contrast with the pure white color of our new car!!! We all took pictures, and had a few more minutes of pleasant chat to end a wonderful experience at Kenny Ross.
