I decided to wait on purchasing a new car until this week when he sent me information about Toyota's latest incentives and we met to talk. Ihor did an excellent job of showing me the vehicles within my price range and was straight forward in explaining the deal he could give me. I had researched the Highlander and trade-in values for my car, so I felt that the figures were acceptable and made the deal. It is a big deal to buy a new car and Ihor made the process as comfortable as possible. More

Great Deal! We came into the dealership today to buy a Highlander and we got a great deal on our trade-in and ended up working a Rav4 into the mix as well. Our salesman was Tony and you should ask for him as he was excellent to work with, his sales manager Rayon was very nice and he helped a lot too. The car we wanted to test drive was on the show room floor and he quickly got everything moved and set for us so we could test drive a Hybrid Highlander. He was honest with us and that is probably the quality that I appreciate the most when we have had to buy a car in the past. I felt like he worked hard with us on securing financing and getting us the best price. I would definitely work with him again. Overall we had a great experience at the dealership the GM Dave and the financing guru Alex were also very influential in our decision to purchase.
