Wow!! We just left Kenny Ross Toyota and let me tell you, I would go back and send any one there any time. From the time we entered the parking lot, we were impressed and comfortable. Tony Trapuzzano greet I would go back and send any one there any time. From the time we entered the parking lot, we were impressed and comfortable. Tony Trapuzzano greeted us at the door and it went up hill from there!! We had been to several other dealers looking and the experience here was top of the line. Tony was 'real'.....something that's hard to find these days. He truly acted like he wanted our business.....another quality that was very important to us!! With technology on vehicles being such a huge part of buying, Tony was there to answer all of our questions, as well as, take the time to explain things too us!! The atmosphere from start to finish was crisp and clean. They were willing to deal w/ us. I beleive we got the best deal out there.....and that is another reason we purchased the 2013 XLE Touring Avalon....we did a ton of looking around and quite frankly were surprised that we came home w/ the car, as we were not really prepared to buy today, but "wanted" to!! All of the employees that crossed our paths were polite, courteous and comfortable to be around. Neil did a great job w/ all the paper work, as well. I could go on and on.......would I go back, in a heart beat, would I ask for Tony, absolutely!! Jennifer was very responsive to our correspondences, both by email and telephone. The weather and traffic were terrible, yet by time I arrived for the testdrive, she had the intended vehicle already warming by email and telephone. I was especially grateful, because the drive down took twice the normal time due to the inclement conditions. The information she purveyed was accurate and exactly what I had requested. Other Toyota dealerships couldn't (wouldn't?) give me what I was looking on my trade. Kenny Ross was willing to do it. Right before Christmas, I was on my way to Washington DC so I took a little detour to Kenny Ross in Moon Twp, PA, and started the process. The car I wanted wasn't on site, so I put a deposit down and it arrived days later. Now, here's where it gets good (or nerve-wracking, depending on how you look at it): I was going to spend a few days in Washington DC prior to leaving for vacation for almost 2 weeks, out of the country. I was still driving my old car at the time and was going to leave it in my friend's driveway in Baltimore, MD, for the time that I was gone. Then, upon my return, I would drive from Baltimore back to Pittsburgh to pick up my new car. Well, while I was gone, I got a message from my friend in Baltimore. I was a simple, 1 line text message: "I need to talk to you about your car." Well, I wasn't really expecting that she was calling me to say that she washed, waxed, and vacuumed out my car. Nope. She was calling to say that she had backed into my car, the one that I was going to trade in. Of course now I was thinking that there was no way that I would get a fair trade now. Well, I called salesman Tom Jacoby here at Kenny Ross Toyota, who was the salesman that I was working with all along. He simply said to bring it in and not to worry. Well, who doesn't worry about a situation like this? Sure Tom, don't worry. That's what YOU say. You're the salesman. It wasn't YOUR car that this happened to. When I arrived, he simply had his team take a look and they gave me a very fair estimate on what it would take to fix it and the deal was on! He was very helpful and understanding. I did not feel as though he nor the rest of Kenny Ross Toyota would take advantage of me. That really gave me a piece of mind. So, big respect to Tom Jacoby and Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon Twp, PA.
