Ron and Eric, the sales manager, couldn't have been more up front and genuine and definitely got me the best deal possible. The total cost was well below market average based on TrueCar price report for Pittsburgh -fell into the "great price" category (I got a 2012 Yaris SE). They also gave me a good value for my trade AFTER telling me the price of the car. Thanks again to everyone! I have never experienced such friendly, helpful people in getting my car serviced. Not only are the people friendly who take my order in the morning, but the Billing people at night could not be nicer when I getting my car serviced. I could go to a more convenient Toyota dealer, but prefer Kenny Ross because of their people and their expertise. I have had my 2010 Prius serviced there for 2 years, and just recently asked them for their help in diagnosing a sound from my tires. Not only did the service tech take my car for a drive, he recommended a 2nd person to do so, to ensure that my car was running just as it should. I cannot tell you how great these people are and how comfortable it makes me feel when I get my car checked from them. And they offer shuttle service. What a help that is to someone who works all day. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs service on their Toyota ... or is looking to buy a Toyota ... to make plans to visit this dealership.
