Nick Hufnagel in the service department was very friendly and answered questions I had about maintaining my new car. When I identified a problem with some of the paperwork, David Baselj, the General Manager, personally worked with me to resolve the issue. Thurs morning I called our Kenny Ross Moon salesman Ron Schwartz. He has been a terrific contact person. He patiently listened and connected me to Todd M in service. Todd listened and directed me to contact Kenny Ross Zelie which is closer to our home in Butler. I talked to Dale Blausen-service advisor Kenny Ross Zelie. He listened patiently. Imagine my surprise when I learned there were many vehicles to be serviced in front of me. Our granddaughter needs her car for full time college and work. Dale got the cobalt in and promised to try to squeeze it in. Kenny Ross Moon was willing to get a rental but our granddaughter was under 25 so not eligible. I canceled my schedule and drove her to and from college. Fri Tom Hodder-sales advisor Kenny Ross Zelie said they found 2 communication wires loose from modules. They were running new wires and connectors and the car would be fixed and ready by 4:30. We were thrilled. We are very appreciative of the excellent care we received from both dealerships. The manager at Kenny Ross Moon let Kenny Ross Zelie know the problem would be paid for on their end. Many thanks to both dealerships for all the help. More
