This is only my 2nd visit to the service department at Kenny Ross for service and both times I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Hufnagel. Being 24 years old I normally find it hard for a place to take care of me as an adult, not a child. Todd was incredibly professional throughout my entire experience there. I took my car there for what I thought was two simple repairs, and Todd and his crew sought out all my issues in my car that were covered by warranty. Because my car was worse than I thought Todd took the time to call me a rental and find out that the car was also covered by my extended warranty. Even though I'm paying nothing of my almost $2000 bill out of pocket, he still is extremely caring and again professional. This dealership will sell me my next car because of the incredible service Todd has shown me. More

I made an appointment for a "last minute" oil change and routine maintenance visit. They were clear that I was being "squeezed in", which I was greatful. When I arrived, Todd noticed that my inspection was 2 days past due. OOPS... Of course, I hadn't renewed the registration or anything. I assumed he'd send me home and I'd have to come back another day and that would have been understandable. Instead, he logged onto the PA site and offered to help me fill out the on-line registration! We took care of the necessary paperwork right there and he further squeezed my inspection into the schedule. I had to leave my car until the end of the day, but I was infinately greatful to be done with the task and not have to return another day. I'm a stay-at-home mother, so you would think being without a car for a couple of hours on another day would not be a big deal, but for some reason it is a MAJOR BIG DEAL! My thanks Todd and the service guys who had to do the extra work. I'm sure that another dealer would have sent me home. More

I have never experienced such friendly, helpful people in getting my car serviced. Not only are the people friendly who take my order in the morning, but the Billing people at night could not be nicer when I getting my car serviced. I could go to a more convenient Toyota dealer, but prefer Kenny Ross because of their people and their expertise. I have had my 2010 Prius serviced there for 2 years, and just recently asked them for their help in diagnosing a sound from my tires. Not only did the service tech take my car for a drive, he recommended a 2nd person to do so, to ensure that my car was running just as it should. I cannot tell you how great these people are and how comfortable it makes me feel when I get my car checked from them. And they offer shuttle service. What a help that is to someone who works all day. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs service on their Toyota ... or is looking to buy a Toyota ... to make plans to visit this dealership.
