We contacted this customer to review all the issues and supply them with transportation while their car is in for service. The car is fixed to their satisfaction and they acknowledge our apology and our willingness to make things right. Everyone on the Briarwood Ford Team strives to insure a positive customer experience. That being said, this individual has never purchased or serviced a vehicle here. This gentleman purchased a Honda from a private owner, who asked us in favor to have the door painted and to show the vehicle to his potential buyer. Due to a winter storm, the door was unable to be finished as quickly as anticipated. Even as they had no profit to gain, as a courtesy they offered to help facilitate this private sale. Paul Holstein and Mark Garcia are fantastic and attentive employees and in no way deserve a negative review.
