It was the WORST experience in mechanical service I ever had. They Would not listen to what I was saying the issue with the truck was… and because of that I had to pay $400 for diagnostics and repair THE IS had. They Would not listen to what I was saying the issue with the truck was… and because of that I had to pay $400 for diagnostics and repair THE ISSUE RETUNED the very next day they told me bring it back we’ll fix it again I took back they charged me an additional $790 kept it for two days called said your truck is ready….. I went picked it up later that night the issue was happening again….. so TWO trips to brickell GMC service department in 1 week and $1000.00 later…. I had my Truck back SURE…. In the SMAE EXACT STATE that it was in before I contacted them to do the repair!!!!!!! LIKE I SAID THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY AUTO MECHANICAL SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT….IN MY LIFE IF I COULD GIVE - stars I would THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS,,,,,, there completely incompetent and ONLY concerned with TAKING YOUR MONEY….
