I took a chance even though I was worried I could confront being “upsold” or pressured into expensive repairs. My concerns evaporated when I met service manager Jonathan Diaz. He gave me his card and his demeanor and knowledge put me at ease immediately. As I waited on my car, I saw how hard he worked and noticed he wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty or take extra time to talk to a customer instead of brushing them aside as can happen in a big city. I will need to replace my car at some point and service is important to me. Brickell Motors will top my list. I am relieved that I found a reliable resource for service with Mr. Díaz and would not hesitate to return for repairs or service needs. He gets an A+ More

I drive 32 miles round trip just to get my 2017 GMC Yukon serviced at Brickell GMC when there is a GMC dealership within 5 miles from my home. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY DEALER EVER. EXTREMELY SHADY AND DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE. I went into the dealership for a specific car I had found online. I spoke to 2 sales representa SHADY AND DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE. I went into the dealership for a specific car I had found online. I spoke to 2 sales representatives, a sales manager, and the warreny specialist. Ultimately we agreed upon a price which the sales manager signed to and I told them I would be back on Monday to buy the car. The manager told me that the car had a lot of attention and if I wanted to be sure the car was still here on Monday I should leave a deposit. So I did. A $500 deposit that the sales manager signed and shook my hand and promised the car would be here on Monday when I came back to purchase it. Less than 5 hours later he sold the car without even giving me a courtesy call or opportunity to purchase it. Now simply wants to refund the deposit. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE DEPOSIT IF THEY WERE GOING TO SELL IT ANYWAYS? DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely shady and dishonest sales managers. More
