He is a true representation of a customer service. Arrived at 2:50pm asked if I had an appointment and ask for my name. Gentleman told me to sit down and one of the advisor would call me. Had an appointment at 3:15pm. Received a call in the morning to confirm the service. 3:24pm a guy comes in and says just an oil change. Didn’t mention his name or even verified if I was the person from the vehicle. Didn’t verify any information. Just ask if I wanted something to drink and that’s it. 4:38pm stood up to see why is was taking so long. Asked him about the key battery and advisor said he would let me know. When I told him about it he didn’t remember and then proceeded to tell me that they don’t have the battery and come back on Tuesday. Told me I had to pay $76.75 was not advice at all of the total beforehand. Did not receive a receipt or any paperwork of what was done to my car More
