I had some issu Initially I posted a rather harsh review of Brickell Buick & GMC regarding frustrations I had with my car after I initially bought it. I had some issues with my antennae cover falling off and I was charged $220 in installation service fees to replace it. I did not believe these fees to be warranted because the antennae cover fell off within a day of me buying the car. After posting my review, Mario Diaz the GM and Michael Alfonso, my salesman were both quick to reply to my complaints and rectify the situation as well as explain why there were some crossed wires in regards to communication with me. Ultimately, while I was frustrated by some initial poor communication, Michael and Mario both went above and beyond to fix the situation More
