The low oil indicator light appeared second day of purchase. I was told the oil was just changed.The metal door key was lost at dealership.Most likely misplaced when removed to place dealer key chain. purchase. Disappointing used car sales department I went to the dealership to purchase a used vehicle. At first everyone was courteous, helpful. When I was negotiating the final price with the sales m I went to the dealership to purchase a used vehicle. At first everyone was courteous, helpful. When I was negotiating the final price with the sales manager Diego, I mentioned to him about weathertec floor mats and cargo liner. He stated that he couldn't lower the price but he can include the weathertec mats for my vehicle as part of the deal. I even mentioned the cup phone adapter and he said he would look into it. Vehicle purchase was November 26, 2019 and up to this day I have not been able to reach Diego after leaving him numerous messages. I have also attempted to contact Mr. Mario Diaz (General Manager) but I have not had any luck. My salesman Roberto Fuentes is no longer employed there who did not help any after the deal was made. He just referred me to Diego. Is this th kind of experience a customer should have? More
