Unsatisfied My service visit to this dealer was not good and I felt compelled to share my experience. I bought a 2015 GMC sierra Denali 6 months ago at this deal My service visit to this dealer was not good and I felt compelled to share my experience. I bought a 2015 GMC sierra Denali 6 months ago at this dealer. Now my A/C and dashboard are not working. I went to the service department to have it repaired. They wanted to charge me 5 hours of labor to diagnose the issue which amounts to $890 just to see what the issue was. that's insane when the avg is 1 or 2 hours to diagnose an issue. I then picked up my truck and went to another mechanic who is not a GMC specialist nor deals with GMC's on a daily basis and was able to diagnose and repair the issue which was the AC controller within 2 hours. Very Disappointed. The service advisor was nice and courteous not her fault. More
