I scheduled a service online. I showed up and was ignored for 15 minutes and then was told to wait in the waiting room. When I finally was acknowledged, I said I wanted the vehi I showed up and was ignored for 15 minutes and then was told to wait in the waiting room. When I finally was acknowledged, I said I wanted the vehicle serviced and the tires rotated. I came back after I was told it was ready and was ignored for another 20 minutes. Finally I got my bill…$275 for a job that should have been half that, and I noticed that they didn’t change the air filter. Since when is the air filter not included in a service? I worked in shops for years and it always was then. The girl was rude and the entire experience was very disappointing. More

My car has not been working properly since I took it to the service. My car makes noise when turning left and they said they changed the radio but my radio cuts out occasionally and the broadcast is cut of the service.
