Friendly staff and fast service Great staff! I bought a 2019 GMC Terrain, which I’m not too happy with as it has terrible gas milage and it turns way too wide (almost impossible to d Great staff! Vehicle serviced, warranty item not so much Went in for scheduled service, both issue. However, had them look at an issue which was submitted to GM and approved. Part not available, no ETA. Serv Went in for scheduled service, both issue. However, had them look at an issue which was submitted to GM and approved. Part not available, no ETA. Service advisors do not follow up, one has to keep on them to get any updates. Two months in and still no part. Service advisor keeps blaming strike and says can't get ETA on part. Avoid this dealer's service area for anything other than scheduled work. You've been warned. More
