It has been a nightmare dealing with this dealership . my truck has been to this dealership 3 times and it still is not fixed . Neither the manager or Steph calls back. I have to constantly call them with my truck has been to this dealership 3 times and it still is not fixed . Neither the manager or Steph calls back. I have to constantly call them with empty promises of getting called back. I had. My t-tops fixed because of leaks and now it’s worsen this week while I was driving buckets of water were being dumped on me. My marker lights do not work and the service tech broke my drivers seat. The last time the truck was there they did not cover the seats or the dashboard . Left everything a mess and did not wash the truck. After one month of getting wet and sitting on a broken seat the manager reached out to me and said he would pick up the truck and fix everything . I asked him if he had all of the parts and he said he would call me back. He never called me back and I had to send a nasty email. He got back to me and said the truck would be picked up on Wednesday and fixed right away. Today I called Steph the service tech and she said the parts were not in and did not know why her manager scheduled the repair. Once again I am without a truck and no loaner car. I called Steph a few weeks ago and told her I lifted the hood to put grocery’s and noticed they left parts and pieces off and the fuse box cover was missing. She told me maybe a rat did it. Again I’m left with no communication and no Vechicle. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. More
