I gave one start to the sales rep, because he promised something that he wasn't going to do. He promised that the hitch we paid from the old car was going to be transferred to the new car. That was the d something that he wasn't going to do. He promised that the hitch we paid from the old car was going to be transferred to the new car. That was the deal we had to sign the contract, of course he said yes, it was going to be done, but sadly it wasn't like that we sign the contract and he said during the week was going to give us a call to have it change to the new car, and it's being a month since then and he never call. It's crazy how sales rep promised something that is not going to be done just to have the sale, we thought he was a person to thrust. Sadly we believe in him and we sign the contract, and what was promised to us was never done. More

Sold me a car that wasn’t serviced. They told me to come in a monday the following week, when I arrived they forget they told me to come, wasn’t prepared, didn’t have parts to do any s They told me to come in a monday the following week, when I arrived they forget they told me to come, wasn’t prepared, didn’t have parts to do any service. The manager manny told me the reason why this happened is because the previous manager was fired. However under Manny’s leadership the service was just as terrible. When I left Monday they told me they would call me the same day after parts was ordered to let me know when to come back to get the car serviced. It’s been 2 weeks since then and no one called me, I ended up taking the car to Chevy to get the car serviced.Chevy discovered several issues which I had to pay to fix. Manny also sold me a car with incorrect keys and it’s not a certified car with warranty as they advertised. I will have to pay Chevy to get the car certified and extend warranty as well. Manny and his team are all crooks and have no idea what they are doing! I would stay away from this dealer! The worst customer service ever! More
