Had an appointment to view a used truck at 10 am. Arrived on time and they finally found the keys an hour later. The ad for the truck said NEVER SMOKED IN!! They obviously meant cigarettes because it Arrived on time and they finally found the keys an hour later. The ad for the truck said NEVER SMOKED IN!! They obviously meant cigarettes because it smelled of marijuana and was never cleaned. The GM then added $2000 for a PDI fee that was never mentioned in the cash price or finance section of the website. I was promised 2 keys and only given one with the promise of somebody coming to my house to deliver and program a new key. It’s been 2 weeks and have heard nothing. When they detailed the truck they forgot to put back a mat for the rear seat. I called and they said they have it and I can pick it up anytime. I’m an hour from the dealership and it appears that they won’t ship it to me. Overall a horrible experience. The salesman Marcus was very good and kept apologizing and was the only reason I didn’t walk out. More
