Tony Carenza the finance guy cheated me. He told me I was getting a factory extended warranty for my vehicle that I purchased there but I found out it was just a 7 year electric component w He told me I was getting a factory extended warranty for my vehicle that I purchased there but I found out it was just a 7 year electric component warranty for over $3,000 dollars in premiums. Tony also ran my credit for a 4th time when he said he would not. Tony said I could not do a 72 month payment plan unless we purchase gap and or an extended warranty. Tony only printed out one sheet of paper for my copy. That should have been my first clue he was being dishonest. I would not recommend and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau if this can’t be resolved. More

I have never bought a car off a grassy lot before. I did not realize they would rush me through the paperwork and add on extra charges at the end. I had gotten a letter from PNC bank that they did not approve my loan for 75 months. I was not aware of the loan being for 75 months. They offered 60 months. The same day I got a one page letter from Northwest Federal Credit Union in Virginia with my credit score and no mention of anything about being my loan company or even a hint of any other name for it. I actually was advised when I asked around to call the company that Carrie’s my auto insurance to give me the information. I did and they gave me Northwest Federal credit Union. I thought I should have gotten that information before Geico got it but I am glad they were able to give me the name and phone number. I called Northwest Federal Credit Union and spoke to them but they did not have my payment due date or the payment amount. I think everybody should purchase their vehicle from a dealership that is near them that they can go to and take care of financing. This Brickell Motors comes up here where a lot of elderly retired people live and charge them more than a local dealership. This was my first experience with them and it will never happen again. I learned my lesson. It was not Christians fault what happened that Manuel Maisonet Rushed me through the paperwork because he said he had a lot of customers waiting. I am 84 years old and never been treated like that before. I like the vehicle but not the total cost including financing cost more than the same used car at a local Ford Dealer. Actually for $8,000 more I could purchased a brand new Ford Edge at a local dealer. I was taken to the cleaners with the extra charges that I want taken off the loan. I just thought I would let you know I was not treated fairly ….financially. I have been in touch with Florida State Attorney. They have referred me to 4 agencies that I am contacting and filling out their forms with exactly what took place with the extra charges. These 4 companies especially want to hear from people over the age of 60 that have been taken financial advantage of. More
