The best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I got several quotes via email. After looking them over, I decided and the Honda Odyssey was delivered to my house. I will echo the other reviews and say as a first time car buyer this has been hell. As a woman I feel I have been particularly taken advantage of. There is no customer service. On the phone for a service cal buyer this has been hell. As a woman I feel I have been particularly taken advantage of. There is no customer service. On the phone for a service call I was passed to 6 people!! My sales guy won't talk to me anymore. The car didn't have gas in it, I was only given one key and it has been a horrible experience. Don't go to this dealer! More

Rip off. It's very bad that Brickel Motors HAS NO RESPECT for a consumer. Five thousand as down payment did not help me having a peaceful first car dream. They made me regret very much of buying one!
