It was very difficult to figure out where to go to get my car serviced. I circled the dealership twice until I found out where to go. After speaking with my advisor, I decided to proceed with the service. He car serviced. I circled the dealership twice until I found out where to go. After speaking with my advisor, I decided to proceed with the service. He said it wouldn’t take long - I took this lightly. 1.5 hours later, I went to pay. The cashier told me my total and checked me out. When I looked at the receipt, I noticed it was higher than the advised price. She proceeds to tell me my advisor should have told me about the credit card fee, but he didn’t. She wasn’t willing to do anything about it, and that’s very disappointing and unprofessional. I went to retrieve my car and it wasn’t ready. The guy told me it would be 10 more minutes. I waited another hour and fifteen minutes until my car was ready. I got in my car and they didn’t reset my computer system. At this point the service department was closed and I was told to come back if they didn’t go off. I went to another dealership the next day. Very disappointed in the service I received. More
