I had an appointment at 7:15 am for a regular service. Once there I asked what services are included since I paid for three packages (I didn't even knew i had them) when I bought the car 7 months ago, and Once there I asked what services are included since I paid for three packages (I didn't even knew i had them) when I bought the car 7 months ago, and they told me they don't know, I went inside and ask the vendors and they didn't know either, they told me ask to finance, but there was only one and he was busy. When they took my car I told the person in charge to check one tire because since last service I have to put air in it all the time. When I got the car back almost at 10 am I ask them what they do to the car and the guy told me it's in the paper, (nothing helpful) I asked they check the tire and he said he don't know, I said I don't wanna have the same problem again so he took the car back again to check it ( time waste it because I ask for that at first) he said after checking again they didn't find anything in the tire and I said well I hope its OK now and he said maybe you need to buy a new tire ( in a new car ? Does my package includes this ? ) I bought my first Honda civic there in 2008 it was great I had it for 11 years but since the moment I bought this honda civic in 2021, been really disappointed with all ... after I signed the purchase I'm been so disappointed and there is no help from anyone because nobody cares or knows and they always send you to someone else that doesn't know either. More
