While the customer service interaction was fair - my biggest issue was that I was charged twice the amount I was quoted when I originally asked for a service and an explanation for why was not given. For 300 dollars the minimum I could have received in addition was a complementary car wash - but apparently being ripped off financially wasn’t enough for that to be an offered service. More

Over all service center is good however, I believe mechanics department could use some improvement.
