My appointment was at 11:15am. My car was taken in at 11:12am, which is great. I sat at the service center until 2:15pm and never received a call or an update what was going on with my car. I went to ask and no one was able to assist me or provide an update. The cashier then told me to wait another 30 minutes. I left (as it was a Tuesday and I needed to get back into my office). I then received a call within the hour stating my car was ready for pick-up. I had to ask if anything was wrong. When I arrived to pick up my car and pay, I also had to ask for the inspection analysis. This is not the first time this has happened. More

Every time I go to get something done they try to rob me of my money. They even offered to buy my car from me $3K less than what Kelley Blue Book said my cash trade in was locked in to be. They gave me the wrong discount and never got back to me about the terrible service. In the past they tried to tell me I needed new tires even though it was a brand new lease and wanted to charge me $600+ when in reality it was a $10 fix, no new tires needed. Can’t wait for my lease to be over! More
