They pestered me (emails, text messages, calls, voicemails) to make an appointment even though the car did not need it yet. So, I had to give my car a REALLY early fluid change, which I am pretty sure did not include the oil, and had regular water for the windshield wipers. Now, my car will have plenty of miles with a service overdue, with probable damages to it (and I will have to take care of it, apparently) because of somebody not doing their job correctly at the appointment center. I had to pay for no assistance at all and even had to receive my car back in bad condition in which they had to restart the battery so I could leave. They made sure I was taken care of, they all worked as a team and really cared about what I had going on. The work was not done right the first time and this time the dealer gave me lots of excuses to avoid doing it and wanted to charge me for what was supposed to be the warranty repair done right the amount of $2,300. Don’t give excuses to avoid doing the job you didn’t do right the first time!! More
