We serviced the car and left some sunglasses inside the car. When we got home the sunglasses were gone. Although I have bought 10 plus cars from this dealer, I'm still very disappointed with this appointment for service it by the second time. It took me 3 hours to leave the dealer for a scheduled oil change. M still very disappointed with this appointment for service it by the second time. It took me 3 hours to leave the dealer for a scheduled oil change. My complain about a brake noise, FOR THE SECOND TIME, I have ZERO comment/answer from the consultant. I saw my car parked outside about 1 1/2 hour of waiting time but it dissapeared. I thought somebody was test driving it to final checks but I couldn't find my consultant. After almost 3 hours I decided to interrupt the conversation of 3 other consultant and asked for my consultant and my car. Promptely one of the consultant went to my consultant table and checked for my service sheet. The car was ready for more than an hour but nobody contacted me. And BTW I was inside the dealer's premises all the time. Finally, 15 minutes after leave the dealer my consultant called me to let me know that my car was ready to pick up and I told him that I was already in my way home with my car! I confess that I just went to the dealer because I still had my brake noise complain still pending since the previous oil change and this oil change was still free. More
