I spoke to N and made appt to get maintenance specifically oil change and tire rotation. I was being late...appt time change and was to meet with V. I arrived and O took me to his booth. He pointed out i had to choose between the three service options. Due to limited finance i choose the cheapest. Service completed and was told tire rotation not done because they could not find the lock to open the wheels. I told him it was in center compartment. He went to check and it was there. During the service no one called to ask where the lock was and even after it was discovered no attempt was made to get the tire rotated. His words were it was not done i will minus a few dollars which he did. I do not have the paper with me presently but i know i paid more than i did plan to spend on items i could not afford yet did not get what i went for. More
The worst service, my son went to take the car and they told him that warranty had expired and it’s a lie. Then they made changes and charges not necessary for 18000 miles. Very Bad experience. Service is starting to lack. Notice electrical tape on the intake hose which should have been change on my last service. Someone should have told me that the hose had a leak, but Notice electrical tape on the intake hose which should have been change on my last service. Someone should have told me that the hose had a leak, but they decided to put electrical tape and not tell me about. Then they move my steering wheel and sits. There is no reason to move anything other than drive it to the area to get repair. Then they did not have the intake hose, so I was told that they needed to order one and it should be in on Wednesday, 24, 2023 and they would call me once it was in. They never called me, and if I did not call then on Thursday, May 25, 2023 they probably would have not called me. Mind you that since I have had my car I have never taken it to any other place for service. The price is high for the work and every customer should be treated the same. Also, when I am ready to pay, I do not need to hear the cashier’s personal conversation with her family. You need to get the customer out and deal with your family issue’s outside of your desk. I believe that the owners need to start checking on the department to make sure that customers are happy with the service and are being treated well. More
