I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership, especially dealing with Harvey Proveyer, was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a vehicle here wit this dealership, especially dealing with Harvey Proveyer, was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a vehicle here with Harvey Proveyer, and within minutes of driving off the lot, the check engine light turned on. When I contacted them immediately, I was met with shrugs, excuses, and zero accountability. They sold me a car that clearly wasn’t inspected properly or honestly. Despite raising concerns, nobody has lifted a finger to help or resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they sold me the car without the wheel lock key. That’s a critical tool that should always come with the vehicle. Now, thanks to their carelessness, I have to pay out of pocket to have every wheel bolt cut just to replace or rotate my tires. The added costs are already in the thousands, and still, not a single person at the dealership is willing to own up to their mistakes or offer any sort of support. This dealership is the epitome of negligence and poor customer service. If you're thinking of buying a car here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—preferably somewhere that values integrity, safety, and the basic responsibility that comes with selling vehicles. This place is amazing - they have a great selection of luxury cars and I was able to find a beautiful 2020 Porsche Cayenne at a great price! I highly recommend this place and will be definitely referring my family and friends that are in the market for a vehicle! More

They did what they said they would do! We bought a 2015 Maserati sight unseen based on their description. They then arranged delivery and pick up of our trade in. Brickell luxury motors scammed me for $30,000 If I could give this dealership and its affiliates a less than zero I would! I believed everything they told me and bought what was suppose to be a perfect mclaren mp4-12c coupe for $170,000...after they took an entire month to ship me the car I received it and it was leaking oil in which I called and told the dealership, they told me "they are sorry for my bad luck" and that "they are not responsible" I brought it to Miller motor car and was given an estimate of nearly 30,000 dollars to fix the broken car brickell shipped me! I'm a hard working normal guy that can afford to take a hit like this..they lied and scammed me out of 179,000 after tax and left me with all the headaches, money out of pocket to transport the car and also a 30,000 dollar bill...do yourself a favor and never buy anything from these scam artist.
