Pick-up service is shaky but service advisor is top! I needed my leased car serviced for the every/5,000 mile inspection. Made an appointment on the phone with a nice woman to have the car picked-up from I needed my leased car serviced for the every/5,000 mile inspection. Made an appointment on the phone with a nice woman to have the car picked-up from the house and taken in to service center. On the day of my 8:30am appointment the pickup was late/no show, then I called the center at 9am and they said the driver was on their way (I live approx 25 minutes from there). Now it's 10:15 am and I get a call from the driver asking if I wanted/could move up my pickup appointment from 11:30 to earlier. Weird. I thought they were "on their way" since 9am?.... I tell tell the driver by phone to come on over ASAP and he arrives to pickup 15 minutes later. Cool. My car is taken to the service center and I receive the recommendations from the mechanic through text. I approve it and 1 hour later my car is on its way back to me! And they also offered a complimentary car wash and interior cleaning, awesome! I get my car back and am questioning if it was actually washed/cleaned. As I learn after getting more info from the service advisor: The exterior wash is only a rinse without soap, do not expect it to look completely spotless. The interior is just a quick vacuum on the seats. I was expecting more than that given the wording of "wash" in the offer. My service advisor Luis Pelaez spoke to his manager and informed me that I was going to get a discount on my service to remedy the situation. I am happy that they took care of me and besides them needing to fix some tech/communication problems I liked using this center for my car needs. More
