Convenient, safe and I was kept informed of every step Super convenient, that someone came to pick up the car from me. The person arrived on time, unfortunately she had our old address. We recently moved in January and my husband said he gave the new address so not sure why the driver that came to pick up the car was not given correct address. I did like she came with mask, gloves, scrubs and was punctual. I received a text advising me the car arrived to their shop which put my mind at ease. Soon thereafter, I received text with service that was scheduled to be done at some recommended services. It was really convenient to send it electronically while I was at work, my job consists of me being on the phone a lot of the time and it was convenient. The car was returned to me at home, again very convenient and getting service done did not interrupt my daily routine. I wish they would have washed the car too, I received message in January that I had a free car wash for my birthday which I never got to claim. Also, in my two previous services I was told the car wash person was not in or that it wasn't working, maybe next time. But good service overall would recommend. More
