Oil Change & Tire Rotation Maintenance I brought in my car for the complimentary oil change and tire rotation service. I was greeted by Eros Cruz who was the service representative who I ha I brought in my car for the complimentary oil change and tire rotation service. I was greeted by Eros Cruz who was the service representative who I had made the appointment with a few days prior. The car maintenance was completed in 1.5 hours, which seems proper considering the oil change, tire rotation, air filter change (which was suggested) as well as the always included car wash and vacuuming. The only drawback to the visit was finding out that the agency adds on a 2.5% surcharge when you make a payment with a credit card. Who normally pays with cash or a debit card? Most people use credit cards as their preferred form of payment. That surcharge should be waived for the client and absorbed by the dealership. Other than that, the waiting area is always clean as is the cafeteria where you can go get a complimentary beverage while you wait for your vehicle. Overall, it’s a good experience at the service center of Brickell Mazda. More
