They kept me there All day long. And when I went to sign for They were not trueful in their cost for the vehicial. They are what you call rippoff. My credit Union does not used them because they tell you my rate was 1% but did not give time the original price and the car had 30 miles on it it was a new car but it must have been a dealers car, I had a tag Not a paper tag like most new cars have. They are awful.. I will never purchase a car from them. If I had known what I know now I would not have bought the car from them. I will not got back for service I am going to Doral. I have had a Corvette and got better treatment. I bought it from tropical Chevolet That was another experience they were terrible also. I guess it is because I am a women. More

My best experience in buying a car Three excellent salesmen helped me through the process of buying a new Mazda CX-5. All 3 were friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly explained everything. I was considering trading in my 2014 CX-5 and buying a new 2019 CX-5. Faustus helped me and my husband the first day. Even though I wasn't planning on buying the car until 2020, especially the safety features Faustus told us made me want to buy the car sooner. I returned to Brickell Mazda a few days later. Because Faustus' wife just had a baby, Gil Osorio helped me. He was also excellent! He explained exactly what I had to do: go to the Tag Agency to change the title on my 2014 car from my deceased brother-in-law's name to my nameand getting a new license plate & registration so I could trade in my 2014 car as partial payment for the 2019 car. Everything went seemlessly. Gil prepared all the paperwork and explained what I was signing. Daniel Chang went with me while I drove the car for the first time. He explained what all the dials did and how the information screen worked. I felt like I was working with 3 friends. Oliver, the finance manager, was also great. He helped us seal the deal. My experience was excellent with all 4 Mazda employees. I would definitely recommend Brickell Mazda to friends and family. More
