Terrible oil change experience This was one of the worst oil change experiences I have ever had. I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM. When I got there, they wanted me to sit and wait t This was one of the worst oil change experiences I have ever had. I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM. When I got there, they wanted me to sit and wait to be helped. When I asked what I was waiting for, the girl said she was calling me a Lyft.. but I never asked for one or needed one. Many hours go by and I call around 4pm to see if my car is done because I haven't heard from them. They said they'll call me back because they aren't sure. No call back. I called again around 5PM and AGAIN he said he would call back. I asked what time they closed and the latest I could pick up my car considering it was getting close to closing time and I needed my car back that day (hence why I made an appointment in the first place but they clearly don't respect those timelines). I never received a call so around 7 I showed up to the dealership asking where my car was after having someone on the phone tell me everyone had left for the night and there was no way I could get my car. I was EXTREMELY upset at this point all things considered, and the general manger/owner was looking into the situation for me. He went and got my car and all he offered was an apology for an entire day wasted waiting for my car. I will literally never buy a car from here or get service from here again. Extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional, unapologetic for their mistakes. There are literally so many competitors, I'm not sure how you can afford to treat customers like this. More

Just as expected but faster Got my 5k maintenance at Brickell Mazda, I had an appointment but I arrived almost 30 minutes early, the staff welcomed me and took me care of my car Got my 5k maintenance at Brickell Mazda, I had an appointment but I arrived almost 30 minutes early, the staff welcomed me and took me care of my car without any issues. They gave me a 2:30 hours expected service time, but in 1:45 minutes I had my car done with the service, washed and ready to go. No better outcome. More
