Total disaster I went to the dealer for a car I found online and was told they had it in stock. The car wasn’t there, which sounded more like bating than anything e I went to the dealer for a car I found online and was told they had it in stock. The car wasn’t there, which sounded more like bating than anything else. I was promised other two cars that weren’t available either. After spending more than 12 hours at the dealer and being told things that never happened multiple times, I finally bought a car. I didn’t received all the discounts I was promised though. The only season I held on and purchased there was the great car and price I ended up having. However, I had to wait another half an hour for them to bring my car after I finished signing even though they new I was taking that car for over three hours. Simply unacceptable. Costumer service sucks in this place. There is no true respect for clients although they treat you “nicely”. There is zero reliability and trust worth in anything they say. The logistics are terrible. They can’t really show you the cars they claim they have, except on a computer screen. Management has no clue of how to run a dealership. Go somewhere else if you can. More

I used a coupon provided by the company to do an oil change, alignment and tire rotation so it worked out and they even gave me ride home on Lyft due to the fact it would take a few hours to service the vehicle....and I don't live close. Good but not perfect Staff is competent & knowledgeable. However, every time there are post-service issues: this time tire pressure icon is lit,( started two minutes after Staff is competent & knowledgeable. However, every time there are post-service issues: this time tire pressure icon is lit,( started two minutes after I left the service center) which means I need to take the car to a gas station to have the pressure adjusted, the clock needed reset & several other small but annoying issues.
