Proactive and outstanding customer service I took my car to this dealership for an oil change initially, after moving from out of state and talking to quite a few other places, and was fortunat I took my car to this dealership for an oil change initially, after moving from out of state and talking to quite a few other places, and was fortunate to have talked to Eros Cruz, the service advisor, during my first visit. It is truly difficult to find honesty and transparency in the auto industry, especially if you are a woman, but Eros has gone above and beyond to show that they want to do right by their customers. They (Eros and Alex, the service tech) even helped fix a cosmetic issue on the car as a courtesy during my last visit, since I had not had a very good experience with another employee there a few weeks before. It was a very impressive move on their part. Even though it is quite a drive from my home, I intend to continue taking my car to be serviced at this dealer, since they have gained my trust and business. More

Amazing experience It was my moms birthday and it was time for her to trade in her Mazda 6. The team at Mazda was wonderful. They quickly took me in, did the paperwork and gave me an estimated time of about 1.5 hours for service to be completed. At about and hour and 15 minutes I got a notification that my car was ready to be picked up. Aside from taking care of problem they also vacuumed and washed my car, which was a nice bonus. I’m happy with the service and timelines. More
