Overall experience was excellent. I had set up an appointment to see a mini cooper I found online with the GM. Upon entering the dealership I was approached by Ricky Rodriguez. Once I was told of my approval I was then able to meet with Oliver in finance he also made the process comfortable and a pleasure to work with. I got a free ride home, & a pick up to get car. The trunk latch needed a minor adjustment as it would not open & they waived diagnostic fee. I have used them twice in the past for my AC & brakes.
