Terrific Sales Experience We purchased a used car less than three weeks before we decided it didn't meet our needs, and we found one that appeared to meet our needs on the Web We purchased a used car less than three weeks before we decided it didn't meet our needs, and we found one that appeared to meet our needs on the Web site of Brickner's of Wausau. We responded via the Internet and spoke briefly with sales representative John King Sjoberg, but didn't make an appointment. A couple of hours later, we decided to drive to the dealership, about 80 miles away, and surprised John. He very graciously received us, answered our questions, started the purchase process, which was a bit complicated due to our recent purchase of our other car, arranged for a test drive, and completed the negotiations efficiently and satisfactorily. The business manager (F & I man), Todd Fischer, who is listed as a sales rep on this form, took everything in stride, and with the writing of a check, we drove away with our purchase. We couldn't have asked for more! More
