Very Satisfied Customer Whenever I need anything service related or general questions answered, I know I can always rely on Brickner's. I have worked with the Express Care a Whenever I need anything service related or general questions answered, I know I can always rely on Brickner's. I have worked with the Express Care and Service department for multiple years now and they have always come through for me. I've worked with both Matt A. and Kevin K. and both have always went out of their way for me. One recent experience was when my charging status light continued to come on and I stopped by the dealership on a late Monday afternoon, Kevin was able to fit me into their busy schedule and it turned out to be an alternator issue. He was able to get me a loaner vehicle until the part was replaced. I always feel like a valued customer at this location. More

With my work schedule being what it is, I was finally able to visit the Brickner Chrysler Center Body Shop on Wednesday, Sept. 13. I had no idea what to expect as far as expense or time frame, but Kevin very pleasantly surprised me. After taking a look at the hood, he went into the shop and came back with a bottle and rag, and removed the Jeep logo and all of the spray paint within 10 minutes. He then found out that the parts department had a replacement logo on hand, and replaced that and had my Jeep looking good as new in less than 30 minutes for less than $65!!! I have always had positive experiences at BCC, but I feel that Kevin went above and beyond in customer service! I would never hesitate to deal with Kevin, or with anyone at Bricknet Chrysler Center!! Waste of your money and life They lie to your face and are dishonest and rude. Very bad experience! They told me i wouldnt be charged for anything..then charged me 1 hr labor for They lie to your face and are dishonest and rude. Very bad experience! They told me i wouldnt be charged for anything..then charged me 1 hr labor for a diagnosis check and didnt ask me if that was ok..they just assumed i was ok paying $80 for something i could have gotten free at numerous other local places. My engine lite was on and i wanted to use my warranty if there were any issues. I guess no issues just a waste of money and people tell you to read ttheir walls its not the employees job to tell you upfront of charges More

Now 15 months later Rhinlander Jeep told me the same wheel bearing was bad. They told me one of the bolts had fallen out and moisture had gotten inside causing it to fail. I asked how that happens, the mechanic told me the bolt probably was not tightened properly. I researched it, and a properly torqued bolt should not fail. Also, the mechanic at the Rhinelander Chrysler Jeep dealership told my wife and I, that the new bolts come with Lock-tite on the screw surface, and when they replace a wheel bearing the technicians put some lock-tite on the screw surface. Obviously, Brickner's of Wausau did not properly install the bolts used in the replacement of our wheel bearing. I asked the Service manager of Brickner's in person about this, he stated he knew nothing about what I was telling him, then he started back tracking, and was talking to me as if he did know what I was speaking of, then claimed they had no wrong doing in the replacement of our wheel bearing. That it was out of warranty, I told him it was not a warranty issue, it was an installation issue. Now, to have the wheel bearing replaced a second time after the technician in Rhinelander said " That Bolt has been out for a long time, it most likely came out within this first month if it was in there at all. " So, we called to speak to the service manager right after being told this, they said no, our technicians would not forget to put in a bolt. If they found a extra bolt, you would have been contacted to come back in. So, we're out about $500.00 for a botched wheel bearing replacement from Brickner's of Wausau. More
