She informed me I would have to make an appointment, I thought it would take a while as I just drove in, I brought my breakfast and coffee. she did not ask me who I was, name . I bought this car there and always took it there for all service I bought three other cars over the years and have been happy with things as they were. Up until this service I wanted to have done. I have to go to Texas for a visit, to see my Daughter and her Husband as it has been three years since was last there. I have had a lot of problems lately to numerous to mention of which you do not have any connection with. One of which caused me to look there for the 2004 Lincoln town car because mine was in a head on collision, not my fault he went over the line, I had numerous injuries Biottom line is I am very upset the way I was treated at the service counter, I would think twice about recommending you place to go to. This was my first time buying from Brighton Ford and was very pleased. My sales rep understood what I wanted and what I had to spend. He was knowledgable and found me the perfect used vehicle for what I had to spend. He had paperwork completed prior to me getting there for pickup .
