So last week when I finally decided to pull the trigger on purchasing a new Focus due to all of the incentive money on the hood, and an extra thousand So last week when I finally decided to pull the trigger on purchasing a new Focus due to all of the incentive money on the hood, and an extra thousand dollars for only 2 days good until the 4th, we could not put the deal together with my local dealer, unfortunately, due to a technicality on their end. I started looking online for the car we wanted, a Focus hatchback SE with cold weather pkge in magnetic. I found one at Brighton Ford. It was already after 8 and I think they closed at 8:30 or 9 that night. The deal had to be done before the end of business that day. I chatted with Heather for a little bit telling her exactly what we wanted, and she said let me look into it. A couple minutes later I was talking with Austin, a fine young salesman eager to make us happy. 20 minutes later I was finalizing the deal with Dan, the finance guy. Couple days later we picked up the new car and the rest is history. This will be my son's car in two years when he starts driving. Until then this is a big step up from my 2004 ZX5 with 194K miles on it! We absolutely love this car and can't say enough for the exceptional service we received from Austin, Dan and Eric, the sales manager. He came over to thank us for the opportunity to business with us at the closing. I think I found a new Bronco buddy!
