Scam Artists I'm a A-Plan purchaser. So, the price should be the same no matter what Ford dealer you go to. Was quoted a monthly lease price that was approximately I'm a A-Plan purchaser. So, the price should be the same no matter what Ford dealer you go to. Was quoted a monthly lease price that was approximately $35.00 more a month than I got from Bob Maxey Ford. (Same Car) When I questioned my sales guy, he told me they add a pin-stripe package on the car so the dealer can make additional money on A/Z deals. However, they didn't tell or ask me if I wanted the pin-stripe package. The sales guyshouldhave told me of this situation... he did not. Do yourself a favor... find a different dealer than Brighton Ford!! More

A+++++ times a million Before we went in to see Allie, I had been looking at cars at various dealerships for months. Either nothing really stuck out to me or the sales peopl Before we went in to see Allie, I had been looking at cars at various dealerships for months. Either nothing really stuck out to me or the sales people were all really irritating/fake nice/unpersonable/just plain rude. That all changed with Allie. Bear with me for some back story. Allie sold my boyfriend his Focus ST last year and had a great experience with her. This time, we originally went to Courtesy Ford in Okemos which deems itself a "hassle free zone". We were greeted by a new sales guy who helped us get started then his trainer came over and helped. The vehicle I wanted, a 2013 Escape, had been sold the night before but they had other similar vehicles on the lot in the same price range with similar miles. We went for a test drive and liked everything about it. All was good except the tires were basically bald and needed to be replaced before winter, an expense I really didn't want to have if I was going to be financing a vehicle. This was the case for all the escapes they had. They refused to budge on the price, stating "this is a million dollar building. We have bills to pay. I personally have a dog to feed at home and can't just sell this for nothing." Doesn't sound like a hassle free zone to me! My boyfriend and I went outside to discuss and he called Allie to see what they had. She had a newer Escape with a better trim package at almost the same price. We immediately left and went to Brighton Ford to see her. She greeted us with a smile and a handshake and immediately began showing us the Escape we came in to see. We went for a drive and she answered any questions we had. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with her. She was kind and fun and I never once felt like she was being pushy or fake. She is genuinely amazing at her job and treats people fairly and with respect. She was able to get me my Escape for less than the one I originally was looking at at the other dealership, with almost brand new tires and a warranty because it was a certified used vehicle - that was SUCH a relief. We will be going back to see her when it's time for new vehicles. THANK YOU ALLIE!! More
