Salesman was great ... service stinks Summary: I have purchased over a dozen new cars in the past 15 years. These 2 new cars were the dirtiest new cars I've ever been given the keys to! Summary: I have purchased over a dozen new cars in the past 15 years. These 2 new cars were the dirtiest new cars I've ever been given the keys to! Details: We bought 2 new cars within a month of each other from Brighton Ford. Our Salesman John Bradbury is great but Brighton Ford's service department is not so great. Our first car was delivered to us dirty in the interior. There was dirt ground into the pedals and a little in the carpet on the driver side. Worst of all it had dark dust and smears in the interior near the headliner. Like it sat with the windows open for too long and was never cleaned. John Bradbury made service clean it again though while we waited. Our second car was delivered dirty as well but this time much worse. Crumbs in the cup holder, scuff marks on the center console and again dirt ground into the floor driver side pedal area. There were even crumbs mashed between the panels in the center console! The windows were dirtier than my used car I traded! No joke. I don't know how a new car dealer can manage to get smudges all over the windows of a new vehicle. We also had a minor repair to an electric folding seat which required our new car to be brought in for service. The service department was not friendly. There was even a guy who sat at his desk and ignored me. When someone asked him to help me he said, "I'm outta here, I can't". Luckily a newer, younger kid came along and helped me. John Bradbury told me to tell Kelli about our experiences when she called. I did. I explained it fully to her. She told me a manager/owner would be contacting me to see what they can do. Nobody called. Brighton Ford will never see our business again. They will never see our vehicles again either. But I do hope they see this review and know the consumer will see this as well anywhere I can copy/paste it. P.S. I also have proof your service didn't clean my car well at all. I found something very valuable under the passenger seat a week or so later. I'm assuming it belongs to me since it came with the car. More

Dissastisfied Customer I am a dissatisfied customer. I had work performed on my vehicle in the service department at Brighton Ford. I now have an issue with the car that was I am a dissatisfied customer. I had work performed on my vehicle in the service department at Brighton Ford. I now have an issue with the car that wasn't even a problem when I brought the car in. I have taken the car back twice and the issue is still unresolved. I was told that the issue could cost between $200-300 for them to fix it, but again the problem didn't start until I got the vehicle back from them the first time. When I tried to voice my concerns to the service manager Rex about it. He was cold and not compassionate and barely made eye contact with me when I told him that I wasn't satisfied and I wouldn't be bringing my vehicle back. He acted like he didn't even care and he had better things to do. I was so upset I left his office in tears. I wish I would have never taken my vehicle to Brighton Ford Service Department. I now have to take my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed properly after spending $800. I would like to say that Troy, Lisa, and the cashier gave excellent customer service and I appreciate their efforts and hard work. More

I try and switch vehicles approx every 2 or 3 yrs and I will look for very specific vehicles up to 250 miles from my house. I cannot comment on the new car or service teams, but my experience with the entire used vehicle team at Brighton Ford ranks right up there as one of the best I have had and Todd leads the way. Trade price on my old vehicle was very good, finance rate packages were very good, very low and available from multiple sources. So, if you know what you are looking for and you have a good credit rating and record, there is no reason not to go to Brighton Ford and contact Todd. Well worth the drive! More

We were recommended to Brighton Ford from a friend after we had a terrible sales experience at the local Hines Park Ford Dealership. We were of course a little apprehensive when we arrived since our prior F we had a terrible sales experience at the local Hines Park Ford Dealership. We were of course a little apprehensive when we arrived since our prior Ford experience at the other dealership was so terrible but we were greatly surprised. Matt Renko was our sales guru and he did an amazing job. We got exactly what we were looking for for a great price and he was exceptional every step of the way. He completely turned our Ford prospective around and we will for sure be purchasing another vehicle from him in the future and will continue to tell how great our service was for the purchase of our new Ford F-150. We have also had our first oil change done at their service center and the service in that department is a also exceptional. Nothing but good things to say about this dealership and it's staff! I have a Ford Edge which is my first Ford car that I have personally owned. I have owned a car for over 40 years. In the waiting are, I have internet access and coffee available in comfortable surroundings. My only complaints are the cable doesn't carry any ESPN stations or the BIG network and sometimes service seems to take too long for the work done. More

At Brighton Ford, it's all about their wonderful staff. At Brighton Ford, I have experienced some of the most helpful, friendly, and gracious salespersons of any dealership I have visited in the past. In fact, I bought my Ford based on the help and friendliness of the sales person who promptly met me when I entered the dealership and gave me his undivided attention until I made my decision. For me, its as much about my contact and relationship with my saleperson and with the dealership as it is about the car. I guess you could say I am picky about who I will be dealing with once I purchase my car. Brighton Ford has not disappointed. What impressed me initially was how well my salesperson knew the details of each and every car on the lot and how knowledgeable he was about the features of all the vehicles offered for sale. Once I bought my car he took a great deal of time going over all the mechanics and features of the vehicle I bought. He even took his time to help me set up and sinc my blue tooth phone to the system in my new car (I would never have figured it out on my own). Such individual attention is something I really appreciated and is what sets Brighton Ford apart from others. Additionally, the service center at Brighton Ford is impressive, and very accommodating. They are very courteous and explain everything in detail. All work was explained before anything was done to my car. I am always treated like a Queen when I go in for service, even if I am only there for an oil change. When pulling into the service area, I am always addressed without wait. The service waiting area is very clean and comfortable (and they make great coffee). There is comfortable seating with TVs and magazines to occupy you until your service is completed. If you are thinking about purchasing a new car, even if you have not considered a Ford, you should take the time to visit this dealership and check out what they have to offer -- you won't be disappointed.
