We live approximately 80 miles away from this dealership. We had been searching for a particular vehicle, and they had one listed on their web site. We called in the morning prior to driving up in the afternoon (in the rain and snow). We NEVER received a return phone call. Since we were desparate for a vehicle, we drove up that aftenoon to check it out. (It was still listed as available on the web site). After an almost 2 hour drive we arrived at the dealership. We could not locate the car on the lot. When going in the office we were informed, "Oh, we sent that car out to auction last week". We then told them a return phone call telling us would have been nice. At that point they wanted our name and were then ready to try to sell us a different vehicle!!!! This is a WARNING to anyone shopping on line. Watch out for this dealership. They bait you to get you there. We did find an excellent car at a different dealership, so happy ending for us, but no thanks to Brighton Ford. More

I was approached quickly. The tires and brakes were also checked, which is rarely done at other places. Also, there was a windshield repair place that fixed the nicks in my windshield.
