Dealer 1st contacted me in response to a Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer. After I told them what I was looking for in a new F-150, the Sales Manager Mike contacted me to set up an appointment for me to Instant Cash Offer. After I told them what I was looking for in a new F-150, the Sales Manager Mike contacted me to set up an appointment for me to come in because it looked like I would need to special order. When I arrived at the agreed upon time, Mike had no recollection of scheduling an appointment with me and pushed me off onto one of the sales people (who wasn't the sales person I originally talked to). We figured out who the salesperson I was originally working with was and I then waited while he took my vehicle over to the used car center to confirm what they would offer. They came back with a price that was over $10,000 under the KBB instant cash offer. I know the KBB offer was reasonable because I ended up selling the vehicle to Carvana for $1,000 more (which was $11,700 more than what Brighton Ford offered). I feel bad for the salesperson who I was working with (Jeff J. who was helpful), but it's clear that this dealer does not value me as a customer. There are too many options in the area and this is too large of a purchase to deal with a dealer like this More
It has been years since I have returned to Brighton Ford after what felt like non transparent sales. After a couple quick and successful oil changes, I would say this is their best service. Any other servic after what felt like non transparent sales. After a couple quick and successful oil changes, I would say this is their best service. Any other service beyond this, literally makes e feel sick and as though I have been taken advantage of by the company. I would not recommend any service procedures done here. I took my car in for an oil change, the works package. Was told things look great. Within 3 months, I began having trouble. First the breaks which I understand. The cost outrageous and pricey. Their reason is they can't get the other brand, the ones they advertise for less with their coupons. I think there is a term for this, Bait and Switch. Still returned thinking this was fluke, nope second return only 2 weeks after brakes were done, And another problem with the car. Guessing I am unlucky and coincidence. This time the water pump, with price tag of $2300. No thank you Brighton Ford! More
Worst experience, horrible service took my car for 2 recalls, one being the brake system. No loaner even though I requested one. I was never updated. When I went back to get my car my emergency break li recalls, one being the brake system. No loaner even though I requested one. I was never updated. When I went back to get my car my emergency break light was on and the check brake system popped up. Had to leave my car again which was ridiculous because they had my car for six days. I was specifically told to go to Brighton Ford because “they are the best” - I will never go back. More
My wife and I have received over 45 calls plus for a vehicle we have no intentions on buying. The wife has talked to Brennan, Mike this week. Dominic left her a message. Scott and Brennan call my wife a vehicle we have no intentions on buying. The wife has talked to Brennan, Mike this week. Dominic left her a message. Scott and Brennan call my wife and I everyday. I haven spoken to Scott and Jade when I called into Brighton Ford. We are not looking to buy for at least a year and I told Scott that today on the phone not to call us anymore. He was nice and polite said he has to do his job. He said his manager Jade says he has to call till I give him and answer. I don't have to give answer to anyone. He explained to me why everyone keeps calling but this is going to the shady business practices the dealers did in the 1970's and 1980's. We have made a few calls into the dealership in the past and have never had anything like it. Scott offered to get the manager working but he was not at his desk to talk too. I can say Scott was very professional and made me feel like he cares. We talked to a few people at the church today and they have bought cars from him at Brighton Ford. Please take this into consideration when a customer makes a request to not call or not interested honor it. Disappointed in the lack of following COVID Guidelines. The customers appeared to all be wearing masks, while the sales staff was spotty at best. Russ was actively not wearing a mask and was acting as if the pandemic doesn't exist. No mask, no plastic barrier at the desk that he kept inviting us to sit at. This was the first time we considered buying from Brighton Ford because of all the work they do for the community. Unfortunately, this is our last. More
Even after I told the dealership that I was going to use my credit union for financing. They shopped my credit to many finance companies, some I never heard of. My guess is they get paid from these companie my credit union for financing. They shopped my credit to many finance companies, some I never heard of. My guess is they get paid from these companies just to supply my information. Now I have to opt out from each of these to stop getting even more unsolicited offers. This practice needs to stop.0 More
Uses employee pricing on other web sites which is misleading... don’t care if it has employee pricing disclaimer, other places use rebates an such like must qualify for Ford financing and such but yo misleading... don’t care if it has employee pricing disclaimer, other places use rebates an such like must qualify for Ford financing and such but yours is only in the small print. Also got defensive when asked about price difference. More

Very bad experience with Mike Bellant My 72-year old mother purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer with Brighton Ford last week. The navigation system was not yet set up. Mike Bellant had told her My 72-year old mother purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer with Brighton Ford last week. The navigation system was not yet set up. Mike Bellant had told her that he'd look into it to see what he could do for her. He called this Sunday afternoon informing her that setting up the navigation system just wouldn't be possible. This made her very upset because she just assumed it would be taken care of. Which, to me, is fine. Mike didn't do anything wrong there. I'm sure he looked into it like he said he would. What upsets me is how she felt after speaking with him over the phone. She called me (I live out of state) very upset claiming that he wouldn't let her finish talking and felt like he was speaking down to her, which I have no proof of whatsoever, only her account of the story. Then, when Mike returned my phone call, he sounded quite aggressive. He immediately cut me off, and when I said, "don't cut me off, Mike," he said, "you, don't cut me off. Is your name on the contract? Then legally, I don't have to speak with you." And hung up. To many people, Mike Bellant did nothing wrong here. I can see that, I get it. He's a car salesman. He sells cars, and he's probably very good at it. But, when I spoke with Mike directly on the phone, he came off as very rude and unprofessional. It's quite clear to me that when Mike gets on the defensive, he doesn't seem to treat people very well. Sorry Mike, but this is just no way to treat customers. More
