Unbelievable I walked in Monday and was greeted by Todd Cowen. I only had a few minutes to spare before going to work my car had died on Saturday night. Within 15 minutes Todd found the vehicle I wanted. We exchange numbers and I went to work. He contacted me and I gave him the information he needed. At 2:30 that afternoon I came back after working and by 5:00 I drove my new vehicle off the lot. It was unbelievable because the vehicle was exactly what I wanted and the cost was very reasonable. They had the exact car she wanted, and within her budget. We called and spoke with Maynard and he assured us he would have the car available and ready for us to look at when we arrived. Maynard was fun, professional and friendly. He got our daughter financed quickly and we received fair value for our trade. There was no sales pressure and Maynard did everything he could to make our daughters first car buying experience smooth and painless. Would return to this dealership again, and would recommend to all! More

Worst experience EVER I had the WORST experience trying to lease my first car at Brighton ford. My mother and I stopped in for some information and numbers to think about I had the WORST experience trying to lease my first car at Brighton ford. My mother and I stopped in for some information and numbers to think about last week. We were interested in the 119 dollar F-150 deal that you advertise. Once we arrived we were told that truck that qualifies for that Brighton doesn't even carry. Then the sales person (David Willard) who was helping us tried to rush us into a completely different car (c-max) then pressure us into a different pickup. It seemed like he didn't listen to what we wanted. When I told him we would be going to Bill Brown Ford instead, he got pretty pissy with me. When we got to Bill Brown we were greeted by the most wonderful sales person, it really made me feel that we weren't being treated fairly at Brighton. Skip to this week, I have everything set up for my new truck at Bill Brown, and I get a random text from David at 9 at night, asking if I'm "still in the market"! I explained I was all set with another dealer. He said he could "beat any deal by $500". I ignored him. Come the next morning I get another text "I'll beat any deal by $2000 Guaranteed!" I still ignored him. Then I got "Hi??" a heart emoji? With a customer? My family and I were incredibly disturbed. We've attempted to contact a manager by phone, with no response. This is the most unprofessional treatment I've ever received. I will never return to Brighton Ford!! More

AWSOME This is my third time back to Brighton Ford. The team from sales to lending to service has always been excellent. They didn't have time to perform the work. I set up an appointment to drop my service van off for a minor recall issue. It was dropped off at 7 a.m. as arranged. I received a call it approximately 2 o'clock in the afternoon with the bad news they weren't going to have time to get to it. I asked if I left it overnight if they could do it on Saturday and was informed they didn't have time to do it then either. They're really good at making appointments, they even confirmed the night before that I had one ...they're just not very good at KEEPING appointments. The fact that this is a service van makes it an even even bigger pain in the butt. I guess I'll try a different dealership next time around. Sincerely Daniel Martin More
