Troy Hill promptly returned my email at 7:30 the next morning (way before I thought I would get a response)! He was very helpful and we set up an appointment right away. Troy met me at the door and was the most courteous and polite salesman I’ve ever come across. He did not push or pry or make you feel like you needed to buy the car you came to look at. He made the experience effortless and I truly appreciate his help after such an awful experience elsewhere. The woman who helped me with the warranty and financing was great and helpful too!
