Amazing! Troy Hill and his team were absolutely amazing! I was not pressured at any point like some car dealerships do. I was incredibly hesitant in buying a u Troy Hill and his team were absolutely amazing! I was not pressured at any point like some car dealerships do. I was incredibly hesitant in buying a used car but Troy answered all of my questions, gave me a great run down on the specs of the Focus, took me around the Brighton area so I could really get a good feel for the car too! He took the time to answer my emails as well as phone calls when I had questions. Dave Livermore in finance was great! He answered all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, despite my redundant questions. He didn't mind that I had my mother on speakerphone as to make sure the financing fit my budget. He explained the extended warranty and the great services that come along with it. I would definitely recommend Troy Hill, Jack Robinson, Ashley Hay, and Dave Livermore to anyone I know! It felt like home and I couldn't be more happy! More
