Never had any problems with a trade in either, as they always find a way of working issues out, even if I still owed more on a trade in then the blue book price. I have gotten 2 new and 1 used vehicles and all departments and procedures when well. Not to mention they have the best service department I have ever been to, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. She informed me I would have to make an appointment, I thought it would take a while as I just drove in, I brought my breakfast and coffee. she did not ask me who I was, name . I bought this car there and always took it there for all service I bought three other cars over the years and have been happy with things as they were. Up until this service I wanted to have done. I have to go to Texas for a visit, to see my Daughter and her Husband as it has been three years since was last there. I have had a lot of problems lately to numerous to mention of which you do not have any connection with. One of which caused me to look there for the 2004 Lincoln town car because mine was in a head on collision, not my fault he went over the line, I had numerous injuries Biottom line is I am very upset the way I was treated at the service counter, I would think twice about recommending you place to go to.
