Best Dealership Ever!!! It is my third time going to Brighton Ford purchasing a vehicle. I am never disappointed, the sales staff is always accommodating. This time I had To It is my third time going to Brighton Ford purchasing a vehicle. I am never disappointed, the sales staff is always accommodating. This time I had Todd Cowen, who walked me thru everything and made this the best purchase to date. They always find a car to fit my needs, fulfill all my requests, and even have the extras I request put on my car in a timely manner. The financing is even a pleasant experience this time with David, who finds a suitable loan agencys. Never had any problems with a trade in either, as they always find a way of working issues out, even if I still owed more on a trade in then the blue book price. I have gotten 2 new and 1 used vehicles and all departments and procedures when well. Not to mention they have the best service department I have ever been to, which is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Endless Coffee, Lounge TV area with work stations for those who bring some work with them while waiting. All the staff makes this a pleasant experience, which makes me look forward to my return. More

Todd didn't have the special vehicle I wanted at his store so he found me my Porsche Cayman S and shipped it up from Georgia. My wife loves her Ford Mustang and my Ford F150 is great for heavy duty towing. All of our cars have been extremely reliable.
